In the 1990 s,Academic Concept of “the scholarship of teaching” was put forward er who is the former chairman of the Carnegie council for the promotion of by Ernest boyer who is the former chairman of the Carnegie council for the promotion of teaching.The scholarship of teaching make teaching become a kind of academic activities,and balance the relationship between teaching and scientific research and promote teachers' self growth.However,the practice of the scholarship of teaching has encountered both institutional and conceptual obstacles with the latter being the fundamental one.Therefore,it is necessary to study the development of young teachers about Conceptual Obstacle in the the scholarship of teaching in universities.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which begins with the background and reasons of the topic.Talking about the connotation of the scholarship of teaching in domestic and foreign.The obstacles of College Teachers' the scholarship of teaching development and Approaches and strategies for improving the scholarship of teaching.Finally,on this basis,the research object and the definition of related concepts are defined,and the research ideas and methods are established.The second chapter mainly discusses the ideological basis of young teachers' development of the scholarship of teaching.This chapter first describes the basis for the existence of the scholarship of teaching to providing guidance for young teachers to develop teaching academic.Then,the three characteristics(Large population base,creating high potential,wide development space)of young teachers at present in China are different from those of other teachers.The third chapter is the analysis of the development of young teachers about Conceptual Obstacle in the Academic Development of Teaching in Universities.On the basis of literature research and interview method,this paper summarizes the conceptual obstacles of the young university teachers' ability of the scholarship of teaching.Among them,the scientific research is the traditional concept of the traditional university,the traditional teaching concept of knowledge conveyed by the knowledge,and the traditional concept of university teachers,which is the traditional concept of the university.The reason for subsequent in-depth analysis of the concept of the formation of the obstacles: University of traditional ideas,Chinese traditional cultureunder the influence of ideas;lack of understanding about related concepts;the lack of campus cultural environment;the weak construction of university organizations.In the fourth chapter,the author puts forward the optimization path in view of the current college young teachers' ability of the scholarship of teaching development process.The first to break the fixed thinking,establishing diversified ideas;secondly to create a good environment,nourish the young teachers in the academic development of the soil;moreover,to strengthen the internal organization function,through the development of external guarantee mechanism of young teachers in the teaching of academic.
