Research On The Impact Of Teaching Time Of Teachers In Rural Areas On Their Work Enthusiasm

Teachers are the key factor for the development of rural education.The quality of teachers in rural areas is closely related to the theirworkenthusiasm.The high level of enthusiasm is the important prerequisite for teachers to conduct the effective teaching activities.Among the numerous factors influencing the work enthusiasm of teachers in rural areas,The teaching time of teachers is an important influencing factor,on which there are relatively few related studies.The literature and questionnaire are the main research methods.Accordingto the literature review,the research conducted a questionnaire survey on five primary and secondary school teachers in D County of J province.The teaching time of teachers in rural areas is composed of preparation time,class time,correcting homework time and tutoring time;Andthe work enthusiasm of teachers is investigated from the dimensions of purpose,planning,persistence and reflection.Based on the survey data,this research analyzes the current condition of the teaching time and work enthusiasmof teachers in rural areas.Besides,weanalyzes the relationship between the teaching time and work enthusiasm.The research found that teaching time are significant different in terms of genders,titles;Teachers' work enthusiasm in different groups of teaching time have significant differences,there is a significant negative correlation between the teaching time and work enthusiasm of teachers in rural areas;and the teaching time has significant predictive effect on the work enthusiasm;The teacher's teaching stage,mood and competence could significantly affect the work enthusiasm of teachers.Based on findings,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to mobilize the work enthusiasm of teachers in rural areas.
