Investigation And Analysis On Information Acquisition And Occupational Mobility Of Married Female Labors

The employment problem of rural labor force has always been an important problem in rural development in China.Rural married female labor force as an important part of the rural labor force,their unique family roles and human capital characteristics lead to their labor migration and job search process at a disadvantage.Occupational information is the basic resource of the labor market and plays a key role in the acquisition and movement of the occupation.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the status quo and career flow of married women in rural areas and to study the impact of information acquisition on occupational mobility for solving the employment problem of married women in rural areas.Based on the relevant theories and the data obtained from the research,the age structure,the health status,the number of years of education,the cumulative working hours,the annual income and the current job satisfaction of the survey samples are firstly analyzed.This paper analyzes the employment information acquisition of married women in rural areas from the four aspects of information demand,ways of information acquisition,methods of information acquisition and evaluation of the information obtained.The impact of information acquisition access to the personal characteristics of factors is also analyzed by using the status of age,level of education,whether having the initial skills and the income level of rural married female labor.Through the analysis,it is found that the information acquisition of the majority of rural married women is weak,the ways of information acquisition are insufficient,the ability of using new technology to obtain information is weak,and the evaluation of the information obtained is high,but the utilization rate is not high.Age,education level,initial skill and monthly income level and other factors affect the rural married women on the acquisition of occupational information.In the aspect of occupational mobility of married women who go out for working,the article analyzes the frequency of professional migrant,the direction of occupational mobility and the type of occupational mobility.Through the analysis,it is found that the occupational flow of most married women in the rural areas shows the current situation of low frequency,same regional and horizontal flow.Finally,the article analyzes the influence of the occupational information of the married women's labor force on their career mobility.On the impact of occupational information acquisition to occupational flow,it is found that a strong sense of information acquisition will promote the realization of occupational mobility;more occupational information acquisition ways can enhance the mobility of married women's labor force;and those who use the formal occupational information acquisition ways to obtain occupational information can obtain more stable occupational,the mobility of occupational is naturally weak.Based on the above research results,it is suggested to increase the vocational training of married women in rural areas,to enhance their vocational skills,to further expand the employment channels of rural married women.Government agencies should optimize the information environment,attach importance to the information needs of migrant workers,strengthen the protection of rural married women labor transfer policy.
