Since the reform and opening up, the rapid economic development of the countryhas made remarkable achievements. The total economy in three decades, the rapidincrease in the gross domestic product (GDP) increased by nearly60times, in one fellswoop than Germany and Japan emerged as the second largest economy in the world.The ensuing huge change in society has undergone enormous changes at the sametime, China’s social structure.China’s development path, polity continuity context of gradual reform, the statein a planned and step-by-step implementation of the different regions in differentsectors have plans to market the process of transforming the practice of this processresults in the rapid development of the Chinese economy, the also due to the differentpriorities in different parts industry market, the degree of market-oriented, whichleads to the development of non-equilibrium. With the arrival of China’s demographicdividend period since the other hand, the reform and opening up, China’s employmentpressure continued to increase, the employment of female graduates is difficult, thefemale laid-off workers re-employment difficult to have become the hot issues of thecommunity.After the founding of New China, the status of women, the earth-shakingchanges, there is no doubt that this is the result of institutional arrangements, thereform and opening-up, China’s market-oriented process, the women experienced adevelopment opportunity or challenge? This is the starting point of this study.This paper adopted the method of literature, through the comparative analysis ofthe third, four, five and six census data and20051%sample survey data on theoccupational structure of the different provinces in different regions at different timepoints between women and its description of the change, outlined the market since thereform and opening process that fade out with the women national protectionism inthe market process, not all female occupational groups are affected by the impact ofthe impact of women career development, and occupational groups, mainly outsidethe system by a greater impact. Explore the positive correlation between the level of economic development and women liberation, the faster the degree of economicdevelopment in the region, the development of women, the greater the possibility ofupward mobility of women career.
