The Intern Teachers’ Research Of Cooperative Teaching’s Problems And Countermeasures

Traditionally,in the field of teacher education is the feature of student teacher prior to separate teaching responsibility to learn the classroom teaching.Nowadays,with the deepening of education reform,more and more need to develop alternative teaching experience model.For example,the influence of cooperative learning model,a collaborative teaching.In the late 1950 s and 1950 s collaborative teaching has been put forward.So far,however,individual teaching in school is still the main form of teaching practice.Only in the field of special education,the application of student teacher’ collaborative teaching team collaborative is the mian teaching form,but the teaching practice is just in its infancy.Synonym for collaborative teaching is team teaching,cooperative teaching,cooperative learning team.\Domestic and foreign research on collaborative teaching is a little,but for the definition of the concept is controversial.The mostly considered collaborative teaching is by two or more teachers to guidance and taught in the teaching activities.Due to the purpose of this study is through collaborative teaching to make the student teacher improving the teaching ability and teaching methods,so this article defining collaborative teaching is made up of two or more student teacher on the basis of democracy,equality and voluntary of teachers’ team improving student teacher’s teaching methods,teaching scientific and cultural knowledge.Through the study of relevant literature,personal interview and some of the kindergarten and primary y schools in henan province.On the basis of the fieldwork,questionnaire is designed.Questionnaire from cognition,intention,the form and place,cooperation skills,behavior,guarantee and evaluation of seven dimensions.Through interviews,classroom observing and questionnaire way,finding out the problems existing in the intern teachers’ cooperative teaching.To solve these problems,finding the cause of these problems is cultural reasons,the reasons of student teacher,school and other reasons.On the basis of analysis,put forward the corresponding strategies,for example,paying attention to the practice of teachers’ new role conversion and orientation,to translate student teacher training into practice,to related education department and school leaders should improve and develop student teachers’ evaluation systems,etc,in order to dedicate to the research of student teacher team teaching forcing of kam thin.
