With the deepening of the reform of vocational education,higher vocational schools pay more and more attention to the cultivation of "double qualified" teachers.In 2019,the state issued the national vocational education reform implementation plan.As the top-level design leading the reform and innovation of vocational education,the plan puts forward clear working requirements for the construction of "double division" team and points out the future development direction.It also shows that the construction of "double teacher" teaching staff is of great significance to improve the overall level of running a school and the quality of personnel training.It is a long-term,systematic and complex work to build "double teacher" teachers in higher vocational education,which involves all levels of higher vocational management.Today,with the deepening of vocational education reform,for higher vocational schools,based on their own school running characteristics and current policy requirements,the paper puts forward the idea of "double teacher" team construction,which is not only conducive to guiding teachers to strengthen the awareness of active development,improve professional quality,stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of work,but also conducive to point to area,and promote the scientific development of the overall work of the school.This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case study method,taking njgd school as an example,analyzes the current situation of "double qualified" teachers construction in higher vocational schools,and finds out the existing problems such as unreasonable teacher structure,inadequate training system,insufficient incentive support and so on Weak,scientific research ability to be improved,social macro evaluation guidance is single,the quality of the leadership and management team is not high.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following improvement countermeasures: first,design management measures to promote the rapid growth of young talents;second,to enhance the effectiveness of the training system by strengthening the professional training of teachers,increasing theinvestment of special funds,improving the training system,and strengthening training support;third,by focusing on people-oriented,highlighting the concept of collaborative work;fourth,through the reform We should improve the salary,innovate the promotion channels,and improve the assessment system to optimize the external environment support. |
