Juvenile education of the rule of law is an important part of governing the country according to law,administering the law according to law and administering the law according to law.The rule of law education teacher is the main implementer of the rule of law education in the school.The classroom teaching is the main channel of the rule of law education,and its implementation is directly related to the effectiveness of the rule of law education of the juvenile.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value to study the present situation of the rule of law education in ordinary middle school Practical significance.Based on this,this paper chooses seven ordinary middle school teachers in Shaanxi province as the research object,the author through the network questionnaire,field interviews,the implementation of the rule of law education teaching content,objectives and problems faced by the investigation and analysis.Through the investigation of the daily teaching and their own career planning,it is found that the teaching of the rule of law education plays an active role in the formation of the concept of the rule of law,the mastery of the rule of law and the promotion of the rule of law,but the study also finds that the rule of law education teachers There are many problems that can not be ignored in the process of team building:At present,the rule of law education in middle school is not limited to the teachers of ideological and political education,and there is no special rule of law education teachers,which leads to the shortage of teachers in the rule of law education in ordinary middle schools.Power is very thin.The education of the rule of law is an integral part of the ideological and political curriculum.Therefore,the curriculum teaching of the rule of law education is mainly borne by the ideological and political teachers.Since most ideological and political teachers have not received the systematic legal professional study and the corresponding professional training,The basic ability of the socialist legal system,the connotation and spirit of the rule of law,the relationship between the rule of law and democracy and other basic content can not be fully presented in the classroom teaching.The rule of law education teachers in the classroom is still followed the traditional teaching method,case teaching,moot court and other teaching paradigm has not been widely promoted,can not meet the needs of students learning,teaching implementation of the lack of relevance and effectiveness.The evaluation of the rule of law education is not scientific enough,the purpose of evaluation is still to screen and selection,development evaluation and diagnostic evaluation rarely applied;evaluation content focused on legal knowledge and light ability and attitude values;evaluation of teachers as the main body,students less participate.This kind of evaluation method is very difficult for teachers to improve their professional accomplishment.In order to improve the effectiveness of the rule of law education in ordinary middle schools,the educational administrative departments improve the relevant system,actively explore the personnel training mode of the rule of law education teachers,and supervise and inspect the education of the rule of law in the school,and promote the further improvement of the building of the rule of law education teachers.The rule of law education teachers as the main implementers of the rule of law education,the relevant subject to do a good job in the rule of law education teachers on the basis of talent supply to the rule of law teachers to give adequate policy support and material incentives,and actively promote the rule of law education teacher team development and growth.Teachers are the decisive factors that influence the effect of the rule of law education.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the training of the rule of law education talents and to straighten out the institutional mechanisms of the graduates of the law major in law and order,and to strengthen their rule of law education and training,To improve the professional competence of teachers.To create a positive campus culture of the rule of law,the concept of the rule of law into the school management and teaching of all aspects,so that teachers through professional knowledge to further improve their professional knowledge,through their own education and understanding of the contents of the study and understanding to better To penetrate into daily teaching.
