Objective: Modern pentathlon, which is composed of different event-group component combination project, usually applies for plate training mode. Thus,it is significant to investigate sports training intensity in different training plates and after-training physical functional status. The study aims to test the muscle oxygen metabolism parameters of female athletes under different training plates by using near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS),and to explore the feasibility of the excellent modern pentathlon athletic training intensity and training quantity in line with the parameters.Method: The NIRS was used to measure the oxygen consumption and muscle oxygen saturation of skeletal muscle under different training load(high and low intensity load)and different training conditions(before and after fatigue, before and after recovery)in a method of arterial occlusion. In addition, the total recovery time, the over-recovery state and the over-recovery time were used to evaluate the effects of different training load intensity on muscle oxygen metabolism capacity and fatigue recovery of elite modern pentathlon female athletes. Results: 1.The oxygen consumption of muscle after exercise training decreased significantly from 3.3 ± 0.4(?m)to 2.4 ± 0.4 ?m(P <0.05).The half-time of oxygen saturation was increased from 4.3 ± 1.2(S)prolonged to 5.2 ± 1.0(s)(P <0.01).The recovery time of muscle oxygen saturation was prolonged from 15.4 ± 3.2(s)to 17.5 ± 4.1(s)(P <0.01).2.Muscle oxygen consumption in modern pentathlon female athletes before and after high-intensity training significantly decreased from 0.8 ± 0.5(?m)to 0.4 ± 0.3(?m)(P <0.05).The full recovery time of muscle oxygen saturation was prolonged to 6.1 ± 1.4(s),which was significantly increased from 2.7 ± 0.8(s)to 1.8 ± 0.5(s)1.5 ± 0.2(s)(P <0.01).3.Compared with low-intensity exercise load, the ?recovery time of muscle oxygen saturation in modern pentathlon female athletes before and after high-intensity training was significantly reduced from 7.8 ± 2.1(s)to 1.9 ± 0.5(s)(P <0.05)<0.01).Finally,there was no significant difference between the recovery of myocardial oxygen saturation and the recovery of myocardial oxygen saturation. Conclusion: 1.The performance of skeletal muscle after muscle training in modern pentathlon female athletes was significantly improved.Additionally, the half recovery time of muscle oxygen saturation and the recovery time of muscle oxygen saturation were prolonged after training.2.Three parameters(the ?value of muscle oxygen consumption, the half recovery time of muscle oxygen saturation and the recovery time of muscle oxygen saturation)were investigated to be related with training intensity, which can be used as parameters to evaluate the fatigue state of excellent female athletes after exercise training.3.The full recovery time of muscle oxygen change is related to the size of training intensity, which provides another evaluation parameter after exercise training.
