A Study On The Characteristics Of Population Intrusion And Its Influencing Factors In Yanbian Area

With the continuous development of globalization,as an important carrier of capital,frequent circulation of population among countries or regions is normal.China has a vast territory,the huge number of floating population.The flow of population has become a social phenomenon,and gradually internalized into a kind of lifestyle of modern people.Large-scale population migration has a tremendous impact upon the society,economy,culture and other aspects of China.In recent years,the field of research has attracted more and more scholars' attention.Based on Yanbian's sixth and fifth national census and Yanbian statistical yearbook,this paper through the geography,demography,economics and statistics and other theories and methods that combine the qualitative and quantitative analysis,study systematically the characteristics of population movement and its influencing factors in Yanbian area.First of all,the paper is the research aiming to the characteristics of population movement in Yanbian area,and analyzes mainly the floating population's scale and attributes(gender,age,educational level,occupational distribution),geographical characteristics(urban and rural composition of floating population,the source of migrant population outside the province),and regional differences(the number of the floating population,density,inflow rate).Secondly,it is the research upon the factors of the population movement in Yanbian,which analyzes the reasons of population movement in Yanbian area and studies the various index of floating population and the degree of correlation with GDP by means of the gray relational model.Meanwhile,taking Yanji as an empirical study area,the paper analyzes the main influencing factors of population flow.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the characteristics of inflow population:The inflow population of Yanbian area is quite large,accounting for 20.25%of the resident population;mainly the inflow population is within the province,accounting for 81.60%of the total population;compared with 2000,the inflow population increases by 97 160,an increase of 26.79%.The number of males in the inflow population is more than that of females,with a sex ratio of 104:100,which are mainly the working age people.From the level of education,the floating population mostly concentrates on the junior high school stage,which is slightly higher than the resident population.The population inside is higher than the outside of the province and the urban are higher than the rural areas.Floating population mainly engaged in commercial and service industries,accounting for 43.53%.The main flow destination is the town,and the proportion of the flow into the city and the province is higher than outside of the province.The number of floating population from the town is more than the rural,and the "city-city" flow dominates.Floating population is mainly from Heilongjiang and Shandong provinces.From the regional differences,51.39%floating population is mainly concentrated in Yanji,whose floating population density and population inflow rate are much higher than other counties and cities.At the same time,the degree of the floating population in Yanbian area is more and more obvious.(2)influencing factors of inflow population mobility:Social inflow is the most important reason for the inflow population in Yanbian area,which is 18.64%higher than the proportion of the economical inflow population.However,the "labor business" in the economic inflow is the first reason for the inflow,accounting for 32.38%.The proportion of male economic inflow population is 10.51%higher than that of female,and the reasons of "family members" and"marriage" are higher than those of male.From the correlation with GDP,the inflow and outflow population are lower than the household population,and the inflow is higher than the outflow,as well as the inside is lower than the outside of province.The study shows that the main reasons of the population mobility is deeply influenced by the factors of "work and development" and "high level of consumption,easy to make money".Based on the above research contents,the paper puts forward the policy suggestions:speed up the reform of the system and establish the efficient operational mechanism;guide social participation and actively promote the integration;improve the employment environment and standardize employment system;increase education and training efforts to enhance human capital.Finally,the research content of this paper is further summarized.
