With the rapid development of social science and technology,mobile phone has become an indispensable part of people's life,and it has been quietly walked into the world of the pupils.Research methods in this study combines questionnaire and interview survey method,with high grade students of three primary schools in Tangshan City,Hebei Province as an example.This research from five dimensions which are the student holding rate of mobile phone,mobile phone charges,mobile phone functions use,mobile phone usage time and place and the current status of mobile phone dependence to understand the present situation and problems of students mobile phone use.Aiming to provide some guidance for schools and parents and help them to manage students' mobile phone use effectively.Through the investigation,this study found that the mobile phone usage of the students in primary school mainly have the following problems: Solving software abusing,helping up students mental laziness;Chatting content is unattended,bad information spreads randomly;Keening on the mobile phone games,the students are lack of rational value judgment;Time management is improper,the play time is too long;Mobile phone dependence proportion is high,hindering the development of students.To counter these problems,this research from three aspects to analyzing the reasons,respectively are family,school and students.It is concluded that: Family aspect,Improper parental guidance,guidance effect is poor;Parents relying on mobile phone,lacking of good family atmosphere;Lacking of emotional communication,ingoring to keep children's company;School aspect,The way of education is traditional,ignoring the development needs of students;The homework assignment arranged by teachers is heavy,the homework questions are repeated and meaningless;Campus' mobile phone management system is lag behind and short of mobile phonemedia literacy education;Students aspect,Loneliness aggravated,demanding mental compensation;Academic burden become heavy,demanding relieving stress;Physical and mental development is not mature,willpower is weak.Finally,according to the problems of the mobile phone use in primary school students,this study put forward to the corresponding improvement strategy from family,school and students themselves.Family aspect,Parents need to change the way of mobile phone guidance,helping children to play the positive energy of the mobile phone;Improving their bad habits of mobile phone use,building a good family atmosphere;Strengthening the emotional communication with children,enhancing parent-child relationship.School aspect,quality education concept should be rooted in the campus,ensuring the development needs of students;Homework assignment need to pay attention to efficiency and practicality;Developing a reasonable mobile phone management system,carrying out the relevant media literacy education.Students themselves aspect,enhancing their volitional quality consciously;playing their subjective initiative actively.
