| Volleyball technique and tactics of any is achieved through good physical fitness,so in recent years more and more physical training methods applied to the athletes’ physical training,such as suspension training,core strength training,vibration training have been applied to the training of the athletes.In this paper the rapid expansion of the traditional training combined training method,by eliminating the speed factor using the experimental research of the influence on volleyball players and the methods to improve the quality of sensitive relationship between the explosive force of the lower limbs and sensitive quality,analysis and resistance exercise of traditional volleyball athletes agility effect comparison.In this paper,using the method of literature,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,the rapid expansion of composite training in volleyball athletes,the explosive force of the lower limbs and agility of experimental study and comparative analysis,taking Beijing Sport University volleyball class as the experimental objects,which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group and the homogeneity test of the.Resistance training through 6 weeks of rapid expansion of composite training and traditional resistance test,5 parameters of the sensitive reaction and the quality of the 1 explosive force index,the data results were statistically analyzed.Draw the following conclusions:1 the control group and the experimental group after 6 weeks of training,experimental group comparative analysis of 5 indicators,of which 3 were very significant difference,2 were significantly different;in the control group,the 2 indicators is a very significant difference,2 refers to the significant difference between the 1,there is no difference.There were 5 significant differences between the two groups,among which there were significant differences among the 2 items,and there was no significant difference between the 2 indexes.The results showed that the rapid and flexible combination training could improve the agility of volleyball players in the 1 aspects.2 the experimental group used the fast telescopic composite training,the control group used the traditional resistance exercise,the experimental group before and after the standing long jump score was a very significant difference,while the control group is significant difference,the experimental group and the control group after the experiment data analysis found that two showed a significant difference,indicating the rapid expansion of composite training can better promote the improvement of Volleyball Athletes’ explosive force.3 in the control group,Pro test,llionis test,T run and standing long jump results showed a significant correlation between Nebraska test and half meter word sensitive test,there is no correlation with standing long jump;in the experimental group,Pro test,Illionis test and in-situ jump results showed significant correlation between type T run test,Nebraska test and a half meter word not be associated with the sensitive test,standing long jump. |
