As the aging of our country to accelerate,pension problems gradually highlighted.In the vast rural areas of China,the pace of urbanization has accelerated,young adults have entered a large number of urban workers,the traditional rural pension model and the old-age system has been the impact of institutional pension in the role of pension services is increasingly important.In order to meet the needs of the vast rural elderly,the number of rural pension agencies increased,the corresponding hardware facilities are more perfect than before.Hardware upgrades at the same time,most institutions do not attach importance to the psychological needs of the elderly and care for the elderly to bring a lot of negative impact,resulting in a lot of problems.Old people leave the environment for many years,came to a strange environment,the need for a process to adapt.If there is a bad situation during this period,did not establish their own interpersonal relationships and the network,they will be difficult to endowment institutions belonging to a sense of difficulty,to accept their new role,will be the future of the pension life to adapt to obstacles,Or even anxious or depressed situation.These questions provide an opportunity for the involvement of social work.Social work not only has cases,groups and community work and other methods for the case or group common issues to provide services for the elderly also have professional old social work to help them.Social work not only has a sound theory,but also has a wealth of experience in practice,can help the elderly solve difficulties,accept new social roles and new environment.But also can help them to explore their own strengths and abilities,enrich their old age life,improve the quality of life.Therefore,professional social work in rural pension institutions can not only help the elderly to solve the problems of nursing home life adaptation,but also can enhance their own ability.For the pension agencies,the involvement of social work can also help them improve the quality of service and improve work efficiency.In this paper,taking Y County Y nursing home for the research sites,which appeared to accommodate the difficulties of the elderly as the object of study.On the basis of the consent of the staff of the elderly and their families and institutions,to carry out case and group work.During the period of service development,the author takes the relevant theories of social work as guidance,institutions and the families of the elderly as resources,and fully mobilizes all parties to form a concerted effort to create a supportive housing environment for the protesters.Bad problems,and the ability to improve their own,but also to improve the service of homes for the elderly.And then for the rural elderly in the nursing home to enjoy the services,as well as the environment,management and other aspects of exploration and efforts.The study found that while social work was helpful for helping elderly people with difficulty in adapting,it was difficult to do so because of the follow-up and follow-up visits that were difficult to sustain,which were to be done in later practice experience.
