Nowadays,with the development of economic globalization and the coming of the era of big data,make college students face more and more severe challenges.In recent years,college students in our country,due to the learning pressure,interpersonal communication,emotion,employment,physical health problems such as mental fragility,psychological distortions,Behavior Anomie and even suicide phenomenon.As a significant part of college students' mental health education and ideological and political education,college students' frustration education has been the focus of attention and research.But for a long time,the research perspective of college students' frustration education is relatively backward,the content of education is relatively old,the way of education is relatively limited.The integrity and the mainstream of the study is relatively lacking.From the corresponding aspects,the effect of mental health of college studengts has been affected.Therefore,according to the social development of the demand for talent standards,the actual situation of the psychological development of college students to break through the original educational model,explore the principles of education,innovative education content,broaden the path of education.The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,sketch the reason and significance of the topic,hackle status at home and abroad,and expounds the clarify methods and innovations;the second part interprets the frustration,frustration education,and college students' frustration education innovation four core concepts and related theories of the innovation of the college students' frustration education is summarized and concise,and also on the innovation of college students' frustration education significance one by one interpretation.In the third part,summarizes the problems of college students' frustration education by means of questionnaire,and uses the data analysis tool SPSS21.0 to analyze the existing problems in four aspects.The fourth part is the key points innovation of this paper.,which expounds the principles and contents of college students' frustration education innovation.The fifth part: from the students themselves,school,family and society in four dimensions from the outside to the inside,from shallow and deep on college students' frustration education path breakthrough and innovation.mealwhile the key point of the paper.The topic can use the methods of literature study,questionnaire survey and other research methods expand all-round,multi domain exploration,and according to the law of social development,according to the law of the growth of college students psychological development practice to,establish the principle of frustration education innovation,expand the content of frustration education.explore the path of frustration education.Continuously improve the level of college students' mental health education and ideological and political education.
