| With the opening and reform and development of social economy, in the gradualdeepening of society, college students are facing more and more challenges, life onthe road of the development will encounters many setbacks. If they can not correctlydeal with setbacks, it will affect the students’ own development, and even therelationship between the state and the nation’s future and destiny. The status of antifrustration education anti frustration ability and students of contemporary collegestudents, college students’ anti frustration ability is not strong, college students’frustration education is still a problem, there is a lot of work to do in our education.College students’ frustration education should be the main effort, and it is verynecessary to form the school, family and society "three-in-one" college studentsfrustration education system, also play a joint role of Ideological and politicaleducation and frustration education, guide students to strengthen themselvesfrustration education.
