The Current Situation Of Frustration Education For College Students

With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of the reform,the current college students are facing a more complex social environment and more fierce social competition.At the same time,they are also facing pressure from learning,life,employment,emotion and other aspects.The college students who are the main group after "00" are selfcentered,have strong self-awareness,have a shallow social experience,and are not mature in psychology Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the frustration education and improve the psychological quality of college students.At present,the frustration education of college students in China has made some achievements,and the positive effect of the frustration education of college students has appeared.However,there are still some problems such as the social environment that does not attach importance to the frustration education,the education system of the frustration education in Colleges and universities is not perfect,the family does not attach enough importance to the frustration education,and the lack of self subjectivity of college students.Therefore,it is imperative to establish and improve the frustration education of college students,give full play to the educational role of society,school and family,stimulate the subjective initiative of college students,improve the ability of college students to cope with setbacks,and cultivate the overall development of college students.This paper mainly uses four research methods: literature research method,interdisciplinary method,questionnaire survey method and system analysis method.Based on the research results of domestic scholars and foreign practical research results,this paper carries out a questionnaire survey on five college students in Shenyang.Through the analysis of the survey,it obtains the current situation and problems of College Students' frustration education,so as to carry out the current frustration education for college students Put forward countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper,four chapters are studied systematically:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background,research significance,current research status at home and abroad,research ideas,methods and innovation points of the paper,as well as the key problems to be solved.The second chapter is the related overview of frustration education for college students,mainly expounds the related concepts of frustration education for college students,and systematically introduces the theoretical basis of frustration education for college students,including Marx's theory of all-round development of human beings,Xi Jinping's exposition on youth education,frustration education of China's traditional culture,and theory of rationalemotive therapy of psychology and Seneca.This paper summarizes the characteristics and significance of frustration education of college students.The third chapter is to investigate and analyze the current situation of College Students' frustration education.Through the survey data,it reflects the cognitive situation,source situation,mode situation and implementation effect of College Students' frustration education,and analyzes the achievements and existing problems of College Students' frustration education.The fourth chapter is the key chapter of this paper.Through the analysis of the current situation of the frustration education of college students,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the four dimensions of society,University,family and college students themselves,so that the frustration education of college students is more effective under the "four in one" common education,and finally improve the ability of college students to resist setbacks,and realize the all-round development of college students.
