With the development of national basic education curriculum reform and the promulgation and implementation of ‘The reform outline of kindergarten education”,a new round of curriculum reform has been set up across the country.The State encourages the use of a variety of local resources in urban and rural kindergartens to build curriculums suitable for local and local children's development,which provides an opportunity for the development and utilization of local culture.However,there are some problems in the tide of curriculum reform for many kindergartens at present,such as improper extraction of the special activities in kindergarten,shortage kindergarten-based curriculums,limited consciousness of curriculum integration,not-so-perfect teacher resources,and limited kindergarten funding.Based on the requirements of new curriculum reform and the development of kindergarten curriculum under the guideline of ‘The reform outline of kindergarten education”,the current situation of teachers' old educational concepts hinders young children's overall development,the thinking of the important value of native culture on young children development,the need of rural poor kindergarten to break the bottleneck of the development,Wenzhou No.15 Kindergarten adopts the method of action research to study on the vine curriculum,which contains farmers' physical exercise,farmer handmade and farm games.Firstly,this thesis discusses the significance of kindergarten based curriculum's development,analyzes the origin and theoretical basis of the vine curriculum,and shows the development of the vine curriculum.Then it investigates the curriculum objectives--from the emphasis on knowledge and skills to the development of overall quality.The content of the vine curriculum has been investigated from traditional teaching activities indoors to suitable activities outdoors.The implementation of the vine curriculum has been investigated from collective teaching activities indoors to autonomous activities outdoors.While the evaluation of the vine curriculum has been investigated from the limitations results-based evaluation to the process-oriented development.However,due to the lack of theoretical and practical experience in kindergarten curriculum reform,there are some problems in the actual implementation of curriculum development.Based on the analysis,the author finds out that the young children's interest and needs,the teachers' ideas and strategies,the environment and resources of the kindergarten,the organizational system and the cultural atmosphere are the main factors affecting the development of the kindergarten.Finally,in order to improve the vine curriculum,the author suggests that we should strengthen the in-depth study of the theoretical basis,pay attention to the wisdom of both the experts and parents,try to get the support of Departments of Education,to ensure the effective development of the curriculum,and to provide reference for other kindergartens.
