In 2003 the ministry of education of the People's Republic of China promulgated ?the ordinary high school sports and health curriculum standard(experiment draft)??In the same year in Guangdong,Shandong,Ningxia,four provinces take the lead in Joan promotion test.Gradually spread to all over the country provinces and cities in 2007?Chengdu Xindu district is located in the north of Chengdu,the provincial capital of the west?District 2011 formally enter the new PE curriculum reform?In the process of actual implementation,facing the shortage of qualified teachers,slow development of new curriculum,administrative system lag and so on,the district is not short time to deal with.Although the students physical health level has been to suppress the trend of decline,did not reach the effect of the curriculum reform in advance hope.This paper uses the questionnaire survey,literature and mathematical statistics to Chengdu Xindu district eight senior middle schools sports curriculum reform effect of investigation and the physical health condition of students of the school were analyzed?1 District on the whole of teacher resource allocation scheme can achieve sun evaluation standard,but due to the urban-rural fringe urban geography characteristics caused by the uneven distribution of teacher resources,two schools on the ratio of college teachers can't up to par.At the same time need to strengthen education of incentives2 93.5% of the teachers participated in the curriculum reform in a wide range of studies,but only 61.4% of new district high school PE teachers were actively studying the reform of sunshine physical education.3 The district to basic guarantee space equipment requirements and staff requirements,but the lack of development emerging sports curriculum some necessary venues and equipment conditions,such as,tennis court,security conditions of the roller skating,baseball fields,etc.Among them,the new vocational school lacks the necessary track and field and volleyball court;There are no two standard basketball courts in middle school,which can not meet the evaluation criteria of sunshine sports demonstration school.4 There emerging sports project requirements.3 Xindu district of Chengdu degree and age distribution of basic physical education teacherstend to be more reasonable,but still there is a shortage of teachers.To produce adverse effect to carry out the new curriculum reform smoothly.4 Because the district sports teachers' special too focused on three big ball and track and field,thus set a lot of obstacles for the development of the emerging course,the emerging shortage of physical education curriculum development.5 Physical education curriculum reform implemented in Xindu district although occurs slowly,but to some extent inhibited the students' overall downward trend.Therefore need a glimmer of teachers accumulate a large number of practice and theory,improve the whole quality of the student body6 Although the new curriculum reform has been implemented for five years,but some of the core values of the physical education curriculum reform physical education teachers and important meaning there is a certain degree of deviation or understand only stay on the surface.7 Schools in the process of sports teaching innovation and reflection on the teaching methods,ignoring the students' self learning,cooperative learning,learning mode of practice,such as some classes there are form is greater than the essence of teaching.8 On the subjective consciousness,understanding of physical education is the school level,chicken ribs.It is not treated fairly.Therefore largely to produce very big blow sports teachers' enthusiasm and initiative.9 District sports management has gradually
