In recent years,the deterioration of adolescent students’ physical health has been widely concerned.To comprehensively improve the physical health level of adolescent students is still the top priority of school physical education work.With the implementation of Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 edition),it has attracted the attention of researchers in related fields,and also ushered in the study and discussion of the majority of front-line sports workers,which shows the high enthusiasm.Physical fitness is not only the measure of physical health of adolescent students,but also the basis of improving their sports skills.The new curriculum standard clearly proposes that each physical education class should be arranged for about 10 minutes of physical exercise,attaching great importance to the comprehensive and coordinated development of students’ physical fitness.However,the current physical training in physical education is lack of systematic and scientific,so the design of physical training program based on the new curriculum standard has important theoretical and practical significances,also can provide a certain reference for the relevant researchers and the majority of front-line physical education teachers.Firstly,this study uses the method of literature and interview to design the physical exercise program of boys in Grade one based on the new curriculum standard.Secondly,through two rounds of Delphi method,the content index of physical exercise program is further screened,modified and improved.Finally,using the experimental method,the boys in Grade one of Shanghai Nanyang Model Junior High School were taken as the experimental objects,and the physical exercise program was verified through the teaching experiment lasting 15 weeks,3 times a week,so as to verify the scientific nature,rationality and effectiveness of the physical exercise program.Through the above research,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Based on the Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition),designed the physical training program for boys in Grade OneGuided by the concept of Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health(2022 Edition),according to the characteristics of "diversity,interest,compensation and integration" of physical and mental exercises in the new curriculum standards,combined with the characteristics of physical and mental development of adolescent students and the law of physical quality development,Using the method of literature,interview and Delphi method to design and improve the physical exercise program of about 10 minutes for boys in grade one.The physical training program is mainly composed of track and field,gymnastics,ball games and martial arts.2.The content design of physical exercise program is reasonableThe design of physical exercise scheme in this study is based on the main teaching content of this class,and the design of physical exercise scheme is about 10 minutes from the aspects of practice content,practice purpose,practice method,practice organization form,number of practice groups,exercise load intensity,exercise requirements and so on.3.The scientificity and effectiveness of the physical exercise program were verified in the experimentThe physical fitness exercise program was verified by the teaching experiment lasting 15 weeks,3 times a week.The experiment proved that the physical fitness exercise program for boys in grade 1 based on the new curriculum standards can promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of the physical fitness of young students,especially the improvement of the endurance quality and flexibility quality of students.It shows that the physical exercise program designed in this paper is scientific and effective.Based on the above conclusions,the following three suggestions are made in this paper: first,the design of physical training programs should follow the concept and requirements of the Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition);Secondly,the design and implementation of the physical exercise program should be reasonable and feasible;Third,each physical education class arrange about 10 minutes of physical exercise to be put into practice.
