| The 《Report on the Work of Government》 in 2019 proposed that higher vocational colleges will expand enrollment by 1 million students,which means while rapidly expanding the number of students,the source of higher vocational students will be more diverse.So Secondary vocational students can enter higher vocational schools through Secondary and Higher Vocational Cohesion Education.From the perspective of the connection of talent training,if secondary vocational student’s adaptability to higher vocational colleges can be improved,it will help cultivating high-tech talents,letting students’ skills and abilities be more adaptable to market requirements and students truly become a new force in the industry and a socialist builder and successor.Guangdong is a major province of vocational education.In view of this,the research object is set as the students in Guangdong Province among Secondary and Higher Vocational Cohesion Education.The questionnaire and interview methods are adopted to explore the learning adaptability of this group of students.The questionnaire is self-developed named 《Study Adaptability Scale for Secondary and Higher Vocational Students》,and are distributed to 530 students in Guangdong province.Among the questionnaires,502 copies are effectively collected.Besides,9 students are selected for in-depth interview.According to the results of the questionnaire and interview,it is found that the study adaptability of the Secondary and Higher Vocational Students in Guangdong Province is not optimistic.The learning adaptability problems are mainly concentrated in five aspects: individual problem,family problem,class atmosphere,teachers’ teaching metheds and school management.Theory of dialectical relationship between internal and external causes,humanistic learning theory and human development ecology theory are used to analyzes the problems and explores the underlying causes.The reasons leading to learning adaptability problems can be summarized as five aspects,firstly the low perceived value of students and the confusion of career prospects;secondly,the deviation of family education concepts and the existence of psychological deviation;thirdly,the mainstream culture of the class is derailed and negative conformity;the fourth is teachers’ teaching thinking is solidified and teaching methods are conservative;fifth is the lack of school psychological education and weak campus culture.On the basis of problem discovery and cause analysis,the thesis proposes countermeasures to improve the learning adaptability of Secondary and Higher Vocational students.These measures can be devided into fore parts,such as students,parents,teachers and schools.On the one hand,students need to change their motivation for further studies and realize role changes;develop professional confidence and enhance professional skills;change the principles of making friends and resist blind followe.On the other hand,parents need to understand the situation of their children and eliminate psychological deviations;update educational concepts and provide correct guidance;at the same time,teachers need to understand the psychological characteristics of students and conduct psychological education;take students as the teaching center and break the teaching solid thinking.School administrators also need to combine rigid and flexible management models and pay attention to the humanistic care of students;in addition,strengthen the construction of class style and create a good learning atmosphere in campus;promote the optimization of subject structure and improve the degree of student skills convergence is also crucial. |
