A Study On Non Intelligence Factors Of College Students In Ideological And Political Education

University Ideological and Political Education is an important part of higher education,is an important guarantee for personnel training.The talents that modern society needs not only have a solid theoretical foundation and professional knowledge,but also have the correct learning motivation,a strong interest in learning,active learning enthusiasm and strong learning will and perfect personality.All these cannot do without the participation of non intelligence factors.The participation of non intelligence factors not only injects new vitality into Ideological and Political Education,but also plays an important role in the growth of college students.Howev er,the traditional Ideological and Political Education was only concerned about the improvement of College Students' intelligence factors while ignoring the cultivation of non intelligence factors,which led to the Ideological and Political Education did not achieve the corresponding results.This paper reviewed the present situation of Ideological and Political Education of college students of non intellectual factors.Through the questionnaire of college students in 3 universities,research results and statistical data,analysis the problems and reasons of non intellectual factors existed in the College Ideological and Political Education of Chinese college students and try to explore the training method of Ideological and Political Education to cultivat e college students' non intelligence factors.It is found that there are many problems in college students' Non intelligence,such as fuzzy motivation,single interest,unstable mood,weak willpower and lack of personality.Therefore,from the aspects of m otivation,interest,emotion,will and personality of college students,this paper explores the specific measures to cultivate college students' Non intelligence factors.Combining theory with practice.At the same time,combining theory with practice,the author tries to explore the methods of Cultivating College Students' Non intelligence factors from the perspective of theory and practice.In short,in today's rapid development of socialist modernization,cultivating talents,must be integrated into the cultivation of non intellectual factors in the ideological and political education,not only conducive to the all-round development of college students,and improve the ideological and political education work.
