In the face of the increasingly numerous channels of communication in the Internet age,the copyright operation of media sports events has become a new proposition.With the liberalization of the national policy on the broadcasting rights of media sports events and the flourishing of the media group capital market in the Internet era,the operation of the copyright of the media sports events in China has developed into a new node.In the face of the increasingly numerous channels of communication in the Internet era,the face of rising sports competition copyright price,China's media to the sports event copyright how to operate: the development of scientific and technological means to coordinate with the current emerging dissemination laws,but also to bear the high cost of sports competition copyright to achieve profitability.The paper with the logical order of history,starting from the emergence of copyright in the whole media sports competitions,researching the operation of the copyright of the media sports competitions in China,analyzing the trend of the current media's development of the copyright operation of sports events,mainly the content of investment to the sports competition copyright industry chain upstream migration and media to the sports events copyright content development of the degree Research on the pr esent situation of the current media's distribution of sports competition copyright in China from macroscopic perspective,the middle level of the traditional media represented by CCTV,the more typical of Tencent sports and music sports in the Internet me dia,such as the analysis of the copyright operation mode of sports events,discussing the main operation mode of the copyright of Chinese media sports events.Then,to discuss the deficiency of legal protection in the course of the copyright operation of sports competitions in the media perspective,mainly embodied in the uncertainty of the legal protection content,which cannot satisfy the new propagation mode of the increasing escalation of scientific and technological means.Then,by comparing the opera ting model of ESPN,the largest sporting information operator abroad,this paper probes into the reference to the copyright operation of the media sports events in China at the same time,analyzes and discusses the problems existed in the related business activities such as the copyright operation and strategic planning of sports competitions,and summarizes the plight and problems of the media in the whole media operation of sports competitions in China.Finally,aiming at the problem,the paper gives the personal opinion and suggestion on the copyright operation of media sports events in China.
