China's agricultural population accounts for the majority,with the deepening of industrialization and urbanization to promote rural surplus labor flow to the city on a large scale,the limited conditions,the majority of rural labor into the city in the process,can not put their children into school,which has a huge number of left-behind children,mainly concentrated in the Midwest.In underdeveloped areas,this situation in the short term is not easy to change.There are many problems in the left behind children in rural areas,but the key is to receive education.Investigation of the Midwest and other less developed areas of rural left behind children's education status,found that the problem lies in the focus of Parents' educational ideas and methods,school education,Changes in the social education environment and other aspects,resulting in this population growth,learning,life safety,there are many problems,which concerns the practical interests of farmers,related to long-term development of rural areas,related to educational equity.It is of great practical significance to pay close attention to this problem.To solve the education problems of left behind children in western rural area,cannot do without cooperation of family and school and the rural community and national level,basically dominated by the government,construction of system engineering education of the children left behind care in rural areas,promote the healthy development of rural education under developed areas.This paper focuses on the theme of left behind children's education,through field interviews,research,analysis of relevant information and data analysis method,taking Xing County as an example,the analysis of the present situation,causes of underdeveloped rural areas of left behind children's education,and puts forward some countermeasures for the relevant decision-making departments.The thesis consists of six chapters.The first and two chapters include the design and theoretical analysis.This part mainly expounds the background and significance,the related research at home and abroad were reviewed objectively,clarify research ideas,identify research methods,use of the right to education theory,education welfare theory,education equity theory,public goods theory,as the theoretical basis for further research,make the research more scientific rigorous.The third and the four chapter are the basic analysis.In this part,Xing County typical less developed areas as example,the investigation on the status of rural left-behind children,especially children living and learning,emotional and other aspects of the safety monitoring status of left behind research and analysis,the basic conclusion is that in the peasant migrant workers has become an inevitable choice in the process of urbanization under the background of left-behind children face a lack of affection,a shy,bad habits,values distorted,the enrollment rate low and difficult to guarantee safety;by the school to learn technology,affect the early concept of early work to earn money,rural left-behind children enrollment rate is low and the high dropout rate can not be ignored,the rural left-behind children education issingle,monitoring is not in place,raise security issues is not optimistic.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.The research on family,school,social and other factors,the comprehensive study,we think that the educational problems of children left behind,the education of Left-behind Children in Rural Areas in Underdeveloped Counties,and is closely related to the urban and rural compulsory education is not balanced,the main problem is the family,school and social education with good,government spending on education is insufficient,the system mechanism is not perfect is not perfect,some successful experiences of poor promotion,the solution of the problem requires all parties to work together,cooperate with each other,the key to the establishment led by the government,as the main body of school education,family education to support the education of children left behind,widespread social care mechanism in rural areas,in order to effectively promote the solution of the problem,promote the balanced development of urban and rural education.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and extension.
