As an initial stage of interpersonal relationship,it is very important and meaningful to develop the interpersonal relationship at the primary school stage.If they cannot studied and developed well in the primary school stage,students' interpersonal relationships will directly affect the individual's personality,emotion,behavior,psychological and other aspects' development.It also has a significant impact on individual's future success and life.How to combine the children's psychology and physiology features,to serve some strategies to guide the children,and to help the primary school children to deal with interpersonal difficulties are the urgent and difficult problems to be solved in the psychological development of primary school students,which deserve us to focus on it.This article focused on the primary school students in a specific low age of interpersonal problems(such as in grade one and grade two).This paper mainly used the questionnaire survey method,the interview method observational method and the literature research method to study the interpersonal communication problems of the low school children.Through the questionnaire survey,the results of the study were analyzed,and the effective strategies to cultivate the interpersonal ability of children in the low school were explored.First of all,for the low stage children,the study took an interpersonal communication questionnaires.And then I interviewed some teachers and parents.Through the analysis to the results of the questionnaire survey and the results of the interview,with the observational method and materials,the author analyzed the problems existing in the intercourse of the children in the low school,and deeply explored the factors that affect the interpersonal communication of the primary students.most of the primary students own the interpersonal communication ability,and somehave no interpersonal communication problems.The relationship between teachers and students are harmonious and great,it is so with their parents.However,the authority of teachers is higher than their parents.The features of primary students at low age are:firstly,it is different in their sex;secondly,Self centeredness is obvious;thirdly,Interpersonal communication skills are immature.at last,the problem styles are: self centeredness,self closing;Self denial and extreme behavior.On this basis,the article summed up the factors affecting junior primary school children.Interpersonal problems are: Children are lack of interpersonal strategies,cognitive differences,school management goal of "utilitarian";teachers are lack of initiative awareness training,and parents do not pay enough attention to the main factors,lack of effective communication between school and family.Finally,on this basis,the article put forward to a series of highly targeted and workable ideas and suggestions for the current teaching reform under the background of primary school students to enhance the interpersonal skills from the three aspects of society,family and school.
