The cultivation of teacher morality has always been an important topic in the field of education and pedagogy.Comparing with teaching work in the school,the cultivation of teacher morality is often easy to be ignored.However,whether it is for the reform of education or for the development of schools,the cultivation of teacher morality is very important.Since the teacher moral activities have been carried out,most of the cultivation measures of teacher morality are lack of effectiveness,so the cultivation of teacher morality has been put in a tight spot.It is an effective way to avoid similar problems to put forward reasonable and effective cultivation strategies of teacher morality,so the cultivation of teacher morality based on the teacher morality growth is the breakthrough to solve the problem of teacher morality.The cultivation of teacher morality should be based on the individual needs of teachers and the concept of people-oriented.In order to make teachers consciously form a good quality of teacher morality,we should put forward the cultivation strategies of teacher morality based on the teacher morality growth,so that the cultivation of teacher morality is effective.The thesis consists of three parts: the ontological interpretation of teacher morality growth,the analysis of the morality growth of excellent teachers in D secondary school and the cultivation of teacher morality based on the teacher morality growth.The thesis uses the method of interviewing and case analysis.The thesis follows the research thinking as finding the problem,analyze the problem and solve the problem.Through interviewing these excellent teachers in D secondary school,it is found that these excellent teachers are able to present a good quality of teacher morality.By analyzing the interview materials,the thesis tries to find out the influence factors of morality growth of the D secondary school teachers,sum up main factors which can stimulate teachers to form good moral quality and put forward the relevant effective strategies to improve the cultivation of teacher morality.In the first part,with the connotation of morality as the starting point,this part further clarifies the connotation of teacher morality.This part analyzes the connotation,characteristics and content of teacher morality growth based on exploring the characteristics of morality and teacher morality.In the second part,by recording the morality growth experiences of these D secondary school teachers and the key impact events that occur in these excellent teachers,this part summarizes the core qualities of these excellent teachers in D secondary school,and sums up the main influencing factors of the morality growth of these excellent teachers in D secondary school,which aims at playing the exemplary role and radiation effect of the teacher morality growth of D secondary school in the development of teacher morality.In the third part,this part forms corresponding and effective strategies to improve the cultivation of teacher morality based on the influencing factors,which lets the cultivation of teacher morality more practical and workable.The study found that the so-called teacher morality growth should be a development process which makes teachers consciously internalize and form a good moral quality.Too much didactic and compulsory cultivation methods of teacher morality will not play an effective role.The school should set up the correct idea of the cultivation of teacher morality,create a good environment for the teacher morality growth and carry out activities of the cultivation of teacher morality.We should promote the formation of teacher morality quality according to the individual needs of teachers so as to make the cultivation of teacher morality get practical results.
