Teacher morality,that is,the professional ethics of teachers,is an important part of teachers' professional quality.It develops the professional development of kindergarten teachers,the healthy growth of children,the improvement of the overall quality of kindergarten education,and the implementation of national education policies and the implementation of socialist core values.Both have an important role.There are many researches on the morality of teachers and teachers in kindergartens at home and abroad.However,there are few studies on the morality of teachers in private kindergartens.There are very few studies on the teachers and teachers of private kindergartens in Dongsheng District,Erdos City,Inner Mongolia.Therefore,it is necessary to The teacher's morality of the teachers of the private kindergartens in Dongsheng District,Erdos City was studied.This research is based on the private kindergartens in Dongsheng District,Erdos City,Inner Mongolia.The author used the questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the four aspects of the teachers' dedication,child-oriented,teacher-oriented and lifelong learning in the private kindergartens in Dongsheng District,Erdos City.In the 55 private kindergartens registered in Dongsheng District,the author selected 125 kindergarten teachers from 12 private kindergartens with different levels of high school and low school to participate in the survey,and interviewed 15first-line private kindergarten teachers.The research results show that the teachers' morals of the private kindergarten teachers in Dongsheng District of Erdos City are better.In the aspect of dedication,private kindergarten teachers love work and are willing to contribute.In the aspect of children,private kindergarten teachers can respect children and have love.In terms of being a teacher,private kindergarten teachers pay attention to personal cultivation and lead by example.In lifelong learning,private kindergarten teachers attach great importance to reflective learning and are willing to innovate.However,some private kindergarten teachers still have problemssuch as low professional identity,poor career development initiative,insufficient sense of justice for treating young children,and insufficient demonstration of the teacher's curriculum.Through interviews with 15 first-line private kindergarten teachers,it is learned that the quality of private kindergarten teachers,the environment of private kindergartens,the training system of private kindergartens,and the treatment of private kindergarten teachers are the main influencing factors of teachers' morality.To this end,the author's countermeasures include strengthening the teacher's moral cultivation of private kindergarten teachers,creating a good private kindergarten education environment,establishing a private kindergarten teacher training institution and improving the treatment of private kindergarten teachers.
