The Research On Internaliazed Motion Problem Of Teacher's Morality

Along with the establishment of socialization's market economy, the attention on teachers'respective status has drawn more attention than any other occupation's moralities. However, among teachers'occupational activities, there exists complex relationship among moralities, thus affecting the image of teachers and the development of education. The root reason is the lack of internalization of teachers' morality, so the study of it is an attracting issue in theory circles and educational circles.This thesis applies some study methods, such as explication, documentation, and complex study within multi-subjects, and from various dynamic ethical and educational aspects to define the motivation of moral internalization, and proposes its importance. This paper also analyzes the status quo of teachers'moral internalization in my country and the reasons of it.IntroductionAccording to understand the topic's purposes and meanings as well as some related theories and achievement on moral internalization, this thesis leads to deep theory thought on strategies about strengthening teachers'moral internalizationFirst of all, according to analyze the definitions of moral internalization and the motivation of moral internalization, the paper makes some definitions of that of types and the importance of studying moral internalization become clear.Secondly, this paper not only analyzes the status quo of teachers' moral internalization in my country, but also shows its advantages and disadvantages.Last but not least, the thesis mainly studies the strategy on strengthening teachers' moral internalization. Due to the application of internalization of moral educational module and the combination between inner and outer motivation of teachers'moral internalization, teachers'self-cultivation and personality get improved, and the enrichment and innovation of teachers'moral education. If the studied theory is applied in practical study, it will show a right and valuable direction for teachers' morality in China, and even may provide necessary applicable methods.
