In recent years,the construction of online courses by various universities and other institutions of higher education emerge in endlessly.At the same time,it also inspired requirements of quality standards for online courses.In order to give full play to the advantages of higher education,online courses must adapt to the university teaching pattern,which is both an opportunity and a challenge to higher education.This study takes “Blackboard platform teaching reform of Northeast Normal University” as research background.Using the online courses on the BB platform as the main research object,try to build a suitable evaluation index system of online courses for our school,and play its diagnostic function to guide and standardize the online courses,exert the impetus of online courses to higher education.At the same time,it can provide reference for the construction and evaluation of online courses for other colleges and universities.Therefore,how to accord to the actual construction of online courses in our school,and highlight the characteristics of the new era of online courses,to construct a reliable and effective evaluation index system of University Online Course is the core of this study.This study using the method of literature research,expert consultation and questionnaire investigation method,to research the designing of online courses supported by BB platform.Try to build quality standards which are useful for almost any platform for universities.The purpose of this study is trying to guide and standardize the quality of online courses in colleges and universities by building the evaluation index system.This study has the following findings.First,the index system contains 6 one class indexes,11 secondary indexes and 14 items of evaluation criteria.To evaluate the quality of online courses through six aspects: Framework designing,teaching resources,activities and interactions,evaluation and assessment,learner support,accessibility and ease of use.Second,the quality standards of online courses are necessary,but the degree of importance of each index is different.Third,the evaluation index system has good internal consistency reliability and content validity.Fourth,college teachers and students generally ignore the importance of curriculum activities and interaction.
