The development of science and technology and the rise of "Internet+" have made online courses sprung up.The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has caused a surge in the number of users of online courses,and online courses have ushered in a situation where opportunities and challenges coexist.A large number of online courses have emerged in the market,and their quality is uneven,so it is necessary to evaluate and authenticate them.A large number of online courses have emerged in the market,and their quality is uneven,so it is necessary to evaluate and authenticate them.The Ministry of Education pointed out that the curriculum is the core element of talent training,and the quality of the curriculum directly determines the quality of talent training.In the era of mobile Internet,online education has become a rising star and has received extensive attention from the academic community,but the quality management of online courses is rarely involved,and it is necessary for us to study it.Based on constructivism learning theory,humanistic learning theory,and connectivism learning theory,this thesis uses questionnaire survey and bibliometric research methods,and with the help of 200 effective samples,analyzes the current situation of the quality of online courses in China,the existing problems and difficulties,and puts forward the strategies to improve the quality management of online courses.Through investigation and research,we found that the main problems of China’s online courses lie in the low level of construction of online courses,the unscientific internal design of online courses,and the uneven teaching level of teachers.We put forward some hypotheses and verified that:(1)Course objectives and training plans,course content design,and teaching staff and teaching process are all related to users’attitudes towards the advantages of online courses.(2)Regarding the user satisfaction of online courses,our research found that it is related to the following items:the course objectives and training plan meet the needs of the times and social development;the MOOC course resources are rich;the MOOC course content design is integral and scientific;and the teacher’s teaching level is superb.Based on the perspective of quality management,this thesis puts forward some suggestions for reference.
