The Research On The Quality Assurance Of University Online Courses

Nowadays, the University online courses has obtained the rapid development. It can not only share the high quality courses resources, but also make the "credit mutual recognition" possible. The essence of "credit mutual recognition" lies in acknowledging the course quality of other universities; however, each university has different courses quality standards. Generally speaking, only when students choose courses whose standards are no less than their own university can get credit certification. In the new circumstances, how to ensure that each school’s curriculum quality meet the other universities’ quality standards, is the problem must be solved for the "credit mutual recognition", as well as the crucible of long-term development of online courses have to face. Therefore, we must study the quality assurance of university online courses, building a comprehensive, scientific, and systematic courses quality assurance system, to guarantee the quality of online courses fundamentally.Based on university courses and university online courses are different types, and research on college course quality assurance is more mature and experienced, so the article adopts the method of comparison with college courses of online courses to build a university quality guarantee system. First of all, this paper describes college course quality and quality management, then try to provide theoretical basis for building a quality assurance system through the curriculum quality, curriculum quality influencing factors, quality management and quality guarantee system of introduction. Secondly, introducing online variable, analyzing the new situation under the concept of university online course and the characteristics of curriculum quality, and summarizes the problems existing in the current university online course quality management and the insufficiency. On this basis, this article adopts the method of action research, analyze comprehensively each step in the process of quality formation and the main factors of status and role through the tang poetry humanistic interpretation of Shanghai Jiao tong university course of study. Besides, comparing each factor with those of college course quality, and focusing on differences in the quality of online courses. Finally, on the basis of these differences, this paper adopts different methods and techniques and constructs university online course from aspects of external and internal quality assurance system.
