The Research Of Family Social Capital's Impacts On The Entrepreneurial Intentions Of University Students And Its Countermeasure

The current college students' entrepreneurship in China mainly depends on thefamily support,family social capital is the important factors that affects college students' entrepreneurial intention.College students' family social capital have important influence on entrepreneurial activity,however,the study about how the family social capital impact individual entrepreneurial intention isstill insufficient,lacking of the deep research on the impact mechanisms from the perspective.Therefore,to explore the influence of family between social capital and entrepreneurial intention relations and puts forward how to improvecollege students' entrepreneurial intention to become a research emphasis of this article.In this paper,on the basis of reviewing related Bandura's reciprocal determinism and Social capital theory,to explore family social capital and the influence of the relationship between college students' entrepreneurial intention.Firstly,the family social capital and entrepreneurial self-efficacy concept were defined,and this study established the conceptual model of the relationship between entrepreneurial intention,family social capital,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.Through the questionnaire to obtain valid data,using the statistical analysis methods such as regression analysis have test hypotheses.The results show that the family social capital can affect entrepreneurial self-efficacy;Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is significantly affect entrepreneurial intention;Entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the influence of family social capital on entrepreneurial intention.Then,based on the results of the empirical analysis,the reason that the relationship between family social capital and entrepreneurial intention was analyzed in three aspects : source of venture capital,social capital structure and Innovative Enterprise Service System.Finally,based on the family social capital's influence on the entrepreneurial intention and the reason analysis,this paper puts forward the strategy of the ascending university entrepreneurial intention,includes five aspects:venture capital support,optimizing the structure of social network,culture view of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship education reform and improve the innovation service.It has an important practical significance to inspire students' pioneering consciousness and promote college students' venture.
