The Practice Of Correcting Adolescent Deviant Behavior From The Perspective Of Ecosystem

Under the influence of the whole social environment,the number of teenagers' deviant behavior which hinders the social development increases day by day.Then as a social worker who can solve social problems,alleviate social contradictions and help people to help themselves is very important to find a reasonable and correct way to correct adolescent deviant behavior.The author was responsible for the field of youth during internship period.Through the development of professional activities and some community cultural activities,the author found that the adolescent deviant behavior occurred repeatedly.Therefore,I choose the representative and willing to change their own individual youth as a case to correct their deviant behavior and develop good habits.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part includes the research background,research significance,research methods,as well as the literature review and the operation of the related concepts.The second part is the preliminary preparation of the case correction,including take the case and the collection of the case.The third part is the practice of juvenile deviant behavior,including the formulation and implementation of goals and plans,as well as the closure and effectiveness evaluation.In the fourth part,the author carries on the summary and reflection of the whole implementation process of the case correction through the practice.In the study,the article takes teenagers as the research object,corrects the deviant behavior as the research content and details analysis using the theory of ecological system.According to the main problem of the case,the main case intervention from the individual and family,peer groups and community residents in four aspects.Under the guidance of the social worker,the client changed his behavior.At last,the client corrected the deviant behavior.In the practical exploration,the author also summarizes the application of the main concerns,the use of reverse thinking and the experience of combining the characteristics of young people.And the author reflects on the application of theory,data collection and case service.Then in order to better correct or prevent juvenile deviant behavior,there are some suggestions: cultivating professional social workers,improving family education,cultivating the Peer group,using the "four social linkage" platform and improving the social workers' participation in the correction of juvenile deviant behavior.
