The Research On The Social Work Intervention Of Adolescent Deviant Behavior

According to China's population composition,teenagers make up the largest part,and they are also the most active.The complex and volatile growth environment and multiple values affect teenagers' healthy growth in different degrees,along with the partial loss of positive family education and the failure of teenagers' moral,ethical,legal education,which misguide some teenagers' mental growth,and result in psychological and behavioral deviation.Minority groups which seriously lack of affection even step into the path of crimes.In recent years,teenagers' crime rate in our country has been increased rapidly,which forces us to think about the education correction,psychological counseling and legal restraint of teenagers who have deviant behaviors.At present,our country's relevant departments have two ways to correct teenagers' deviant behaviors,one is letting them return to the ordinary campus,along with psychological counseling;two is combining with unprofessional administrative ideological education and judicial steering.The study of social work intervention on the teenagers' deviant behaviors mainly concentrates on strategy theory and single-case studies,and the correction of single deviant behavior,less combining group social work and case work together,handling problems from teenagers' point of view,communicating with and understanding them in a deeper sense,targeted correcting teenagers' deviant behaviors.And there are less research on social work's introduction into the training school in Jiangxi province,which lacks of the research on the social work localization for teenagers who have deviant behaviors.This paper carried out research in Nanchang H training school,the school has 302 students,it receives 14 to 17 years' teenagers who have illegal or criminal acts,including the minors who was expelled from the school,dropped out of school automatically and wandered on the street.This paper researches teenagers who have deviant behaviors and the social work intervention,studying the existing problems,characteristics and intervention methods of the object,then analyzing,researching and summarizing the intervention process and effect.The research result shows the deficiency of social work intervention of teenagers' deviant behaviors,further proposing the improving strategy and suggestion of intervention method,process,and evaluation,improving the intervention effect of social work,promoting a better development of the social work for teenagers who have deviant behaviors in reformatory school.First of all,this paper researches on the social work intervention of teenagers' deviant behaviors,review related research and practice of teenagers' deviant behaviors,summarize the existing research methods and characteristics,determine this paper's research approach;secondly,collect data,through data analysis,further assess study object's demand;based on the team social work,further develop case service,discuss and analyze the intervention practice of teenagers' deviant behaviors,through summarizing the practice,prove that the combination of the team work and case service has a positive effect and unique advantage,and it has certain applicability and generalization;finally,discuss and reflect the skill and assessment method's application of group and case social work,provide some useful empirical data and empirical support to promote the development of social practical work for youth.
