The Training For The Immigrant Workers Of The Main Immigrant Workers-supplying Cities

The migrant workers have recently drawn tremendous attention, partly due to the rapid progress of Chinese economic growth and urbanizations causing the surplus labor in the rural area flowing into cities. The city of Hengyang, as a major migrant workers supplier, has a big challenge in dealing with the issue of how to strategically distribute its migrant workers. Tackling this issue is particularly difficult for Hengyang as it is thought to have problem in the industrial structural adjustment and proper coordination between the development of the urban and rural area. Therefore, it is significant both academically and practically to investigate how to improve the quality and the migrant workers. In the present thesis, the training of the migrant workers has been thoroughly discussed and this is important because the improvement of the quality of the migrant workers will substantially help increase the averaged income in the urban area.The present thesis is structured as follows:firstly, the status quo of the training of the migrant workers in Hengyang is reviewed; secondly, the quality of the migrant workers, the management of the government and the corresponding social services are analyzed to point out the guideline of improving the quality of the migrant workers; lastly, several recommendations are proposed and the applicability are verified.
