Nowadays,it is an era of innovation,which is the reason why critical spirit and innovative spirit become more and more prominent.When we see children's painting just like “copy and paste”,When see we began to focus on the painting teaching in kindergarten and early childhood teacher.As teacher modeling and painting demonstration become more common,together with the appearing of <Guide> document,criticism of teachers' demonstration has been intensified.Lots of people keep saying blindly and mindlessly: “Now the phenomenon of teachers' demonstration in kindergarten is very serious.”Therefore,researchers tried to do the research in a rational perspective.Firstly,the research tried to restore the actual status of demonstration in drawing activities,through in-depth observation of teachers' demonstration in painting activities of kindergarten,and with quantitative data.Then,the researcher tried to tease out the influence of demonstration in children's painting after a great deal of analysis,and tried to summarize the reasons for teacher's frequent demonstration through various interviews of preschool teachers.Finally,the research put forward several possiblestrategies to avoid and overcome teachers' demonstration of painting activities in kindergarten.With a view to carry out the spirit of the <Guide>,the paper aims to make preschool teacher get rid of deep-rooted idea of teachers' demonstration,so as to let the child can make true creation through perception and appreciation.This research integrated the quantitative research method and qualitative research method.The data were collected by means of observation,interview,work analysis and documentation.The research is divided into the following five parts:Part 1: Introduction.This part mainly includes the research reasons,the definition of related concepts,the domestic and foreign research review and the theoretical and practical significance of the research.Part 2: Research design.This part introduces the research purpose,the research object,the research method and the design of the observation tool.Part 3: The present situation of teachers' demonstration in painting activities of kindergarten.This study analyzes the process of teachers' demonstration from six aspects: the frequency of teachers' demonstration,the type of teachers' demonstration,the content of teachers' demonstration,the occasion of teachers' demonstration,the situation ofteachers' demonstration and the teachers' attitude.Also,this paper analyses how teachers' demonstration influence the consistency of children's painting from the composition,coloring and other three aspects.Part 4: The problems and reasons of the teachers' demonstration in kindergarten painting activities.This paper sums up the seven problems according to the situation and influence of teachers' demonstration,and analyses the reason that result to teachers' demonstration from four aspects:teachers' teaching concept,teachers' teaching behavior,kindergarten management,and parents and the society.Part 5: The countermeasures to solve the problem of teachers' demonstration in painting activities.According to the problems that exists in teachers' demonstration of painting activities in H kindergarten,and based on Pre-school education,preschool children's psychology and art theory,researcher tried to put forward several suggestions to optimize teacher's kindergarten painting activities in the demonstration,which considering teachers' teaching ideas,teaching behaviors,demonstration itself,kindergarten management,parents and social.
