C.R.Rogers was a famous humanistic psychologist of America,he introduced the “Non-directive ”teaching into the teaching theory,when the " Non-directive " teaching theory was proposed in the middle of the 20 th century.This kind of teaching theory puts the cultivation of students' all-round development as the ultimate goal,expecting students to get lifelong development.But the research about the teaching of "Non-directive" generally only focuses on theoretical research at present,and the theory in the concrete practice of subject of study is relatively less.So,applying the "Non-directive" teaching to high school history teaching,not only conducive to the development of high school history teaching model,but also can satisfy the demands of students' learning,and also can conform to the requirements of the new national curriculum reform.In the "Non-directive" teaching,the students in the classroom are devoted to learning actively,mutual exchanges and cooperation between students,sharing each other's ideas,and finally form an independent study habits.So,students in the "Non-directive" teaching mode of classroom study,students' learning initiative and enthusiasm will be improved,students' cooperation consciousness and innovative ideas will also receive training,and the students' classroom learning efficiency will be improved.Using the "Non-directive" teaching theory,for the teachers and students will have a major impact.Under the guidance of this theory,teachers' teaching style of traditional teaching concept will be changed and set up the new teaching idea,at the same time,it will stimulate the teachers to explore more suitable for practice history classroomteaching mode.For students,in loose,autonomous "Non-directive" historical classroom learning,students' autonomy,creativity will be a great play,student's body and mind will be put into classroom activities,in this process,students will gain more knowledge and learning ability and will also be a workout at the same time,in the team's cooperation and exchange of learning,cultivate the consciousness of helping each other.
