"Non-directive" Chinese education is an educational philosophy,it is proposed by Zheng Yinong in 2006.Once the idea has been put forward, it raises all kinds of questions and discussions in the academic circles.This paper based on Zheng’s "non directive" education idea, formulated instructional design and Combined with teaching practiceto explore the concept of the operation and applicability, trying to find out the problem and put forward the corresponding research strategy.It can be implemented into a high school Chinese text to study.In old to through the research to promote the development of many aspects and optimization of Chinese reading teaching in Senior High School.This paper is divided into six parts to study.The first part is the introduction,it starting from the study of the problem to explain the purpose and significance,through reviewing of the relevant literature and research results to understand the current situation of research.At the same time, the research method of the thesis is the literature method and the action research method.The second part is about "Non directive" education theoretical basis, mainly include: humanistic theory, construction theory, dialogue theory and group dynamics theory, analyzes the relation and difference between these theories and the education of " Non-directive".The third part is the teaching design of high school Chinese reading education under the concept of "Non-directive".Including the process design and teaching design of Chinese Reading.The instructional design includes the complete type and simple type and lesson plans are made up of teaching ideas, teaching process and after class.The fourth part takes the puppy’s younger brother as an example.On the basis of the "non directive teaching concept and design to research of teaching practice of Chinese reading in high school.Due to the dynamic generation of classroom teaching process,the teaching process is not carried out strictly the steps, but according to the teaching situation, teachers and students are equally involved.Through three hours of teaching,according to the classroom record and after class supplement,record the typical classroom activities of students and reflect on teaching.The fifth part is " Non-directive" education on the problems and Strategies of teaching reading in high school.Through the teaching practice, we can find many obvious problems and hidden problems.Explicit problems include:classroom teaching time is too long;teachers’ quality requirements are high, and the new teachers are not easy to operate;the general problem of teaching mode.Hidden problems include:the students’ main body position is too outstanding, the teacher is easy not to be;the teaching form is easy to be rigid,and the teaching dialogue is easy to be superficial;autonomous learning is prone to"Pan language culture" and other issues.The corresponding research methods are put forward from the angle of the teachers, the students’ angle and the traditional Chinese relation.The last is the summary and prospect.Review the whole process of this study,put forward the shortcomings of the whole study, and look after the direction of study and research.the idea was put forth,it raised kinds of questions and discussion in the academic circles.
