Motor sequence can be intuitively reflected in a certain period of time the development of motor.The development of basic movement can affect the growth of people's life,Run,jump,throw as the basis of the movement for the development of various other projects also have reference value,the content of children's track and field teaching for children is also the ability to run,jump,throw,so this study Is the use of motor development sequence theory,detailed analysis of the teaching environment in children's track and field under the age of 6-7-year-old children to jump shot the development of basic movements.In this study,40 children aged 6-7 were randomly selected from the primary school in Beijing,for a four-month follow-up video.The video was only for track and field class.After the end of the video observation of students in class video,summed up the running jump and throw project different individuals in the performance of the different modes of motor,to identify common features,finishing summed up this semester motor sequence.And the trend of extrapolation,the longitudinal study and the method of study,The sequence method has the following conclusions:(1)Running from the development of the sequence of view,the fastest development of the motor to run,the first month to the fourth month can clearly see the student movements have greater changes in the development of the most mature motor.Part of the motor of the combination of diverse patterns,large differences between individuals,limbs and trunk are not closely linked to each other.Teachers in teaching students running posture can use adult standards to ask students to modern running technical standards to regulate the behavior of students.(2)Jumping motor in the vertical jump and triple jump ability in the development of three kinds of ability to run jumper it is the slowest,most immature development of motor,little change in four months before and after the motor.Part of the motor combination mode,part of the motor between the close.Therefore,the teaching of teachers for jumping actionshould not be too hasty,changes in action with the growth and development of students and the strength of the body gradually improved.(3)Throwing motor as a whole more mature,the speed of development in the three ability to center.Part of the motor of the combination of the least pattern,the upper and lower limbs and the trunk of the most closely linked.For first-year children in the teaching of throwing action,teachers should pay more attention to and teach students from the bottom of the order of force,as well as throwing the fluency of the action,without the need to pay too much attention to throw the distance,because First-year children,whether it is throwing power or explosive forces are at a weak level,and these can be with the age of growth and strengthen.(4)Remove the law of the development of the action itself,the children's own sports base and acceptance,teachers teaching methods and technical demonstration,is the impact of the development of children's two important factors,it is necessary in the future teaching teachers Teaching and teaching demonstration,as well as for students to teach each other.
