In senior high school chemistry,the knowledge of elements and their compounds is the basis of students to study chemical substances and chemical reactions,and has an extremely important position.improving the teaching quality of the knowledge of elements and their compounds can improve the quality of chemistry teaching in middle schools.However,because of the various elements and their compounds,is one of the difficulties in middle school chemistry,and the learning demand analysis can let teachers know the current knowledge of students,so we need to complete and accurate analysis of students' learning needs before the teaching design of elements and their compounds.Understand the current situation and the gap of students' expectations,and improve the teaching of the chemistry curriculum standard,maximize the students' learning initiative,enthusiasm,and improve the teaching quality of this part of knowledge.In this paper,the students' current chemical learning situation,individual desire and the needs of learning process and learning environment are investigated through questionnaires and interviews.On the basis of students' actual data analysis,according to the common needs of students,The author puts forward the following countermeasures in the teaching of elements and their compounds Teaching:To guide students to form good learning habits,focus on the construction of knowledge system;teaching about the knowledge that combination of production and life,the history of chemistry,the Frontiers of chemical development;Organizing inquiry experiment,Development the school-based curriculum of chemistry experiment;Improve the quality of extra-curricular activities;Creating chemical network learning resources.Based on the demand analysis,the author selected the important compounds of metals<aluminum important compound>and non metals<Silicon and its compounds>carried on the case design,and carried on the teaching practice to<aluminum important compound>,examined the validity of the teaching countermeasure.Through the study of this paper,the author found it necessary to carry out the concept of needs analysis in the teaching of elements and their compounds,taking into account the needs of students,guide and strengthen the positive demand and enhance learning initiative.Hope this study can provide reference for the teaching of the future elements and their compounds and the whole high school chemistry teaching.
