Research On The Current Situation Of Undergraduate Teaching Quality Report In Shaanxi Private Universities

In order to improve the level of personnel training,our country puts forward the undergraduate teaching quality reporting system.Since 2010,there have been more and more researches on undergraduate teaching quality reports,and accumulated relevant theoretical and practical experience.However,the history of undergraduate teaching quality report in our country is not long,and there are various problems in the report text.Shaanxi province is a strong province of higher education,through research the private university teaching quality report in Shannxi,it is helpful to accumulate the experience of writing and publishing teaching quality report of private university in China.On basis of theory of higher education quality assurance,university information disclosure and university executive ability,this paper analyses 2012,2013,2014,three years of the undergraduate teaching quality report texts of 21 private universities in Shaanxi province by comparative research.Through comparative analysis of six aspects about the report texts:(the six aspects respectively are teachers and students and undergraduate teaching thought,teaching construction and reform,education of creation and innovation,teaching quality assurance system,characteristic education and pressing problems),this paper finds out the characteristics and existing problems of undergraduate teaching quality report published by private universities in Shaanxi province,which include limited time release,dispersion of release path,the difference of length,cultivation of regional talent and release path concealment,release time restriction,a tendency to highlight the achievements and avoid problems.Then this paper comparatively analyzes the quality reports of undergraduate teaching in 21 private universities and the "211" universities in Shaanxi province in 2013 and 2014,finding that they have same problems on the report.Also,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,such as the impact of the current management system of higher education in China,the lack of third party education evaluation institutions' supervision.Based on that,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality report of undergraduate teaching system in order to enhance the publishing level of quality reports of undergraduate teaching in private universities.
