Research On Gymnastics Teaching Resource Sharing In Primary School Gvmnastics Teaching And Commercial Club

At present,the primary and commercial clubs in Beijing are two relatively independent teaching units.There are some differences between the school leaders and the club managers in gymnastic teaching.There are some differences in teachers' strength,curriculum design and venue equipment.In this study,The investigation method,the expert interview method as well as the mathematical statistics method carries on the research to the elementary school gymnastics teaching and the commercial club gymnastics teaching resources sharing,draws the following conclusion:1.The sharing of resources between the two sides is the rapid development of gymnastics clubs and campus gymnastics bridge;the sharing of resources to enable students to fully study the full protection of both sides of the sharing of resources to transform the public correct gymnastics concepts and continuity of development of far-reaching;The sharing of human resources,courses,venues and equipment and information resources utilization.2.The two sides should adhere to the teaching content of fun,children and the principles of teaching materials;to improve the quality of gymnastics teaching and student ability for the purpose of the principle;to achieve primary and commercial club cooperation win-win principle.3.The content of the two sides of human resources sharing for the managers,teachers and coaches.4.The content of curriculum resources sharing is curriculum outline and teaching progress,research and design of lesson plans,teaching plan design and teaching evaluation standard guided by experts.5.Both the venue,equipment,resource sharing content for shared rental venues,shared homemade aids,sharing of rental equipment and sharing of new venues and equipment.6.The sharing of information resources between the two sides is human resources,curriculum resources,site and equipment resources and event activities7.The ways of human resource sharing are appointed by the school,the club hired,the introduction of interpersonal relationship,voluntary participation.8.Course resources shared by the two channels for regular training and learning,We Chat to share the public number,group discussions and site integration.9.both sides of the venue,equipment resources,the way to share the one hand,should follow the development of gym equipment standards,manufacturing suitable for the school and gymnastics club equipment,on the other hand the two sides together with manufacturers to buy common standard equipment.10.Information resources shared by the two ways for the site,We Chat public number,posters,briefing Keywords: primary school;commercial club;gymnastics teaching;resource sharing.
