Research And Construction Of Resource Sharing System In University Martial Arts Club Of Changchun

In recent years, with universities paying more attention to training students’ life-longphysical thought, and college students’ continuous improvement of the quality requirements tostrengthening the body, cultivating after school interests, and so on, various types of sportsclubs are springing up in colleges and universities. Among them, the martial arts project has aspecial position in all kinds of sports activity.It has outstanding achievements in improvingthe students’ physical quality, cultivating good moral character, inheriting the traditionalculture, carrying forward the national spirit, and so on. Therefore, martial arts clubs such asTai Ji, free combat, nunchakus, taekwondo are also extensively developing in colleges anduniversities, and have greater impact in the sports clubs.But after researching material and on-the-spot visit research, the author find that martialarts clubs in colleges and universities in Changchun are faced with actual problems such aslack of hardware facilities, lack of teachers, operating funds shortage, management system isnot complete, lack of backup talents. In the higher education resources, the universitiesexperiment resources in a similar shortage. Faced with this dilemma, domestic and foreignscholars put forward that through the establishing the resource sharing system between thecolleges to alleviate the problem of lack of resources. In fact, this is a effective method. Butthe research to this system is aimed at projects which have great influence to routine teaching,such as laboratory, library, etc. not at projects without direct influence on teaching such asafter school clubs.For the above situation, this study attempts to establish a resource sharing system among10martial arts clubs in colleges and universities in Changchun. Through the establishment of3levels of resource sharing system, which including inside university sharing,inter-university sharing, universities and society sharing, under the premise of not increase toomuch funds in universities, this system could change the situation that hardware facilities,teachers lack and unbalanced in martial arts clubs in colleges and universities in a short time.For this reason, we studied for one year, and under the support of universities and society both,make the experiments of club resources sharing system construction. After a period of time ofactual operation, the "Tai Ji research institute in Economic development district in Changchuncity " and "nunchakus research institute in Economic development district in Changchun city" were finally approved established respectively in May2011and September2011. Theestablishment of other research institutes was already in my schedule, and will be pass theexamination and approval one by one. The management organization of research institute wasbuild up by representatives from universities and related departments, and their job wereallocate the site and teachers between the clubs, organize the training, group activities,competition and so on. The establishment of these organizations made effective evaluation tofeasibility of resource sharing system in martial arts clubs in colleges and universities in apractice level. In a period of one year time of resource sharing system actual construction and operation,author found many defects in the system, such as the security in the process of club’s trainingand performance, identification and selection of teachers, identification for club membersbetween universities. In the later study, the author put forward the corresponding solution forthe problems in system, to make resource sharing system in martial arts clubs in colleges anduniversities more perfect, and its actual effect remains to be further practice verification.To sum up, this study is to make resources sharing theory as a foundation, throughconstructing resource sharing system in martial arts clubs in colleges and universities,demonstrates practical application effect of this theory, and put forward solutions forproblems meet in the process of constructing in theory in the later study. We can construct amore complete resource sharing system by doing this, and can provide some beneficialexperience for work to martial arts clubs in colleges and universities in china, help themdevelop benignly and strengthen constantly.
