At present,model which means imparting and accepting instruction model,is adopted wildly in Physical Education in primary and middle schools in our country.This model is conducive to teachers in organizing and controlling in class.However,it is so boring that it is difficult to stimulate students' interest in learning,as well as the great effect in class.What's more,it is adverse to the overall development for students.In today's environment in which quality education is much emphasized,we need to explore and study the instruction model that suitable for the development of contemporary education.Anchored instruction model is a new instruction model under Constructivist Learning Theory,which is in line with the needs of modern educational development,and also the key to the new curriculum reform.Currently,our country is attaching great importance to the development of campus football,and putting forward new requirements.In order to explore the teaching effect of anchored instruction model in football lessons in junior high school,this study takes students from Zhuxi Middle School of Dongguan as the object of the research and carry out experiment for 6 weeks.We can draw conclusions as follows:(1)Regardless of anchored instruction model or traditional instruction model,both of them can improve the students' special physical quality and football basic skills.(2)In improving the special physical quality of football,anchored instruction model takes obvious effect on the students' speed quality,strength quality,endurance quality and sensitive quality,but there is no obvious advantage to the improvement of the flexible quality.(3)In improving the basic skills of football,anchored instruction model is better than traditional instruction model.(4)Compared with traditional instruction model,anchored instruction model in football lessons in junior high school has a remarkable effect on improving students' psychological quality.It can improve students' sports learning interest,sports learning attitude,sports participation motivation,independent learning ability,cooperative learning ability and socializing ability.
