At the beginning of the 21st century,the Ministry of Education proposed:In order to develop students’ quality education,education experts require a series of curriculum reforms to form a set of classroom learning methods that are in line with the goals of healthy and happy development of students.With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,and according to the ability of talents in the new era,various disciplines are actively exploring teaching modes that meet the development requirements of the discipline and improve student abilities.The sports disciplines are also looking for a model that suits the nature of their own disciplines.The students’comprehensive ability stimulates students’ enthusiasm for participating in physical exercise,improves their enthusiasm for self-study,and ultimately improves the quality of basketball physical education.This article uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,experimental methods,mathematical statistics methods,comparative analysis and other research methods to select seventeen(1)and seven(4)classes of junior middle school students in the 2017 Longgang District Foreign Languages School.I personally conduct classes for two classes of students,.including physical fitness(including 50 meters,sitting forward,standing long jump,1,000 meters for boys,pull-ups,800’ meters for girls,and sit-ups).The basic skill level of basketball(5×2 fixed-point shooting and half-time round-trip dribble)was tested before and after the experiment.The data of the students’ psychological questionnaires before and after the experiment were statistically sorted,and the data obtained were analyzed with SPSS20.0.,Through the analysis of experimental results to learn the advantages and disadvantages of the two teaching modes.Findings:(1)In the teaching of basketball physical education in middle schools,the effect of the anchored teaching mode on improving students’ physical fitness is consistent with the use of traditional teaching results.Different teaching modes have different effects on different physical qualities.The traditional teaching mode has In order to improve the quality of strength and endurance training,the anchored teaching mode has a better effect on certain technical movements.However,for girls,800 meters of practice is boring,so the two teaching modes are 800 meters.There is no big difference in the improvement of performance.(2)In the teaching of junior high school basketball,both the anchored teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode are conducive to the improvement of the shooting percentage and the performance of the round-trip shuttle dribbling,but the anchored teaching mode has an improvement over the traditional sports teaching.The results are more obvious in the teaching effect.(3)In the junior high school basketball teaching,the anchored teaching mode has a comparatively outstanding advantage in students’ mastery of basketball technical movements.It enhances students’ in-depth knowledge of the mechanics of movement,the order of exertion of muscles,and the degree of effectiveness of exertion.Understanding,so that the knowledge,technology and tactics learned can be truly internalized into a part of the body.(4)The anchored teaching model enhances the participation of students in the classroom with their own novelty.Students can enjoy joy in the competition and be recognized by teachers and students.They also learn appreciation of sports events and stimulate students’ physical education.interest.Teachers continue to encourage backward students to change their attitudes toward learning,strive to become top students,set an example for other students,and improve their learning attitude.In the process of communicating with other students,learn from others’ knowledge and experience,gain happiness from the process of learning knowledge,and improve students’ autonomy.The development of teaching practice combining anchored teaching mode with middle school sports is not yet mature.There are many problems in the process of teaching practice.In many aspects,it needs improvement and improvement.Based on the problems in this experiment,several suggestions were made:actively seeking better teaching strategies to compensate for the unachieved effects of the anchored teaching mode and traditional teaching mode in basketball teaching.Reasonable optimization of the anchored teaching mode is perfectly compatible with the physical education of other sports events.Enhance the professional knowledge and accomplishment of PE teachers and increase the investment in teacher training.Note the difference in teaching environment and students in different regions.
