Research Of Teacher Education Practice Teaching Coordination Mechanism

"Practice oriented" is the era pursuit of teacher education reform.This paper is based on the practice teaching in the field of Teacher Education,trying to break through in synergy,choose mechanism for the foothold.Put forward a coordination mechanism of teacher education practice teaching.Multi agent collaborative development of teachers' educational practice teaching,to achieve the depth of integration and organization resources,strengthen mutual cooperation and coordination to provide practical teaching environment optimization for college students,enhance students' education practice ability,enhance the validity and the level of teaching practice of teacher education.Based on the analysis of teacher education practice teaching and multiple subjects collaborative status and development trends,found seven problems of teacher education practice teaching multiple subjects collaborative exist,namely target orientation is not strong,internal and external power shortage,organizational structure is not perfect,training collaboration is not systematic,communication and coordination is not smooth,evaluation feedback is not implemented,and there is no collaboration platform to support.The root cause of the problem lies in two aspects: first,the teacher education practice teaching is not enough coordination of the main body;secondly,the lack of coordination mechanism.Therefore,the coordination mechanism of teacher education practice teaching is put forward.According to the purpose,principle and the definition of sub mechanism,the six mechanisms of coordination mechanism are constructed: the goal of the coordination mechanism,dynamic coordination mechanism,organization coordination mechanism,training coordination mechanism,coordination mechanism,feedback mechanism,and designed an integrated teacher education practice teaching integrated network information platform.The platform includes four modules,namely four sub-systems: information resources platform,communication coordination platform,evaluation feedback sub platform,decision support platform,through collaborative linkage mechanism and platform operation,efficient implementation of teacher education practice teaching of multiple subjects cooperation,enhance synergies.Finally,from the macro and micro two aspects,put forward the coordination mechanism of teacher education practice teaching,the guarantee measures of benign operation.
