| As the attracted places for high-tech talents and the importance sources of original innovation,universities are rich in technological resources.Due to some negative factors,the transformation of science and technology in univerisities is not satisfactory.The process of transformation involoves many subjects,including government,universities,researchers,enterprises and intermediary agents.As the leader of transformation,government facilitates this process by making relevant policies,rules and spreading technology.Universities,the providers of technology,undertake the responsibility of social education and talent cultivation.Researchers,the creators of science and technology products,shoulder the major responsibity in renewing modern techology.The realization of promotion depends on enterprises that assume both demanders and accepters of technology.The role of bridge and promotion are realized by intermediary agencies.The role each part plays in the transformation process is indispensable.This paper,based on literature review,analyzes the current multi-agent cultivation status and major problems exsited in the science and technology achievement transformation of Fujian Province by conducting a survey on researchers from 11 colleges and universities of Fujian province and relevant personnels through interviews and questionnaires.It proposes several cultivation strategies such as increasing publicity,strenthening vocational training,broadening promotion channels,improving relevant mechanism and establishing communication platform.Meanwhile,it also studies the relationship among muilti-agents through game analysis based on which it constructs their coordination mechanism in terms of policy regulation,resource integration,market orientation,and comprehensive security.Suggestions are futher made to shed a light on promoting cooperation among the multi-agents and quickening the transformation process of science and technology achievement. |
