So, Teachers' Management is the key point in the management of the whole school, especially the primary and secondary schools. Thus, it is indispensable for the management in the primary and secondary schools.The teachers' management in Wuhai once ignore the teachers' creativeness and liberty, that brought a great many miscarriages.
