National education is an important component of our education system,as well as an important content of implementing national work in Liaoning province.National education has diverse system,hence it should focus on and apply diverse function of national education,unify and adjust various functions to improve national regional education teaching quality is imperative.In order to promote chemical teaching reform in Liaoning national senor high school,improve quality of chemical teaching and understand effect of learning national language to senior high school's chemical teaching of Mongolian nationality,the article generalized current domestic study situation to chemical teaching in minority area through literature method.On the basis of analysis and research,made 12 chemical teachers and 339 students from Fuxin Mongolian nationality senior high school as investigation objects,the investigation made “find problem-analyze reason-propose countermeasure” as study thought.Through questionnaire to make specific investigation to local chemical teaching situation and conducted conclusions are as following:Among investigated chemical teachers,84.62% teachers are Mongolian nationality,hence the school adopts Chinese as teaching mode,and add Chinese in Mongolian.69.24% teachers,age are under 40.92%teachers' degrees are undergraduates,8% teachers were graduated from junior college school,no postgraduate teachers,and there are61.54%chemical teachers who were graduated from normal school,Ethnic schoolfacultyneeds further improvement.There are 61.54% teachers can apply new-type teaching mode,23.08% teachers apply blackboard-chalk,oral teaching and other means;As to textbook's experiment,58.70%teachers through lecture experiment to exhibit chemical course' feature to students.76.92% teachers think it is essential to explain knowledge which relate to Mongolian nationality culture in chemical teaching,69.24%teachers think it is essential to develop chemical courses which characterized by features of Mongolian nationality culture.42.77%students like learning chemical;but there hasn't sufficient activities on chemical competition and chemical curriculum out of class teaching.14.16% and 17.99% students think learning Mongolian Chinese will affect chemical learning and openness of chemical experiment to an extent.7.69% teachers think Mongolian Chinese can affect chemical learning in daily life.38.46% teachers think it has no effect to chemical grade of entrance exam.Mongolian nationality senior high school adopts Chinese teaching as major teaching mode,orientate above conclusions,It proposed following suggestions and countermeasures: strengthen construction of teacher team of bilingual teaching of Mongolian and Chinese;optimize chemical teaching and improve efficiency of chemical teaching by bilingual teaching of Mongolian and Chinese;develop chemical course which characterized by feature of Mongolian nationality culture and dominate national education feature;improve enrollment examination system of ethnic school.
