Learning investment is a hot topic in today's education.It is about students highly devote into learning content,learning effectively,not only improving students' learning efficiency and academic records,but also an essential quality for lifelong learning and life-span development.According to the related literatures,both home and abroad have researched a lot on self-efficiency and learning investment.However,there are relatively less research in the construction of classroom.It's even barely seen discussing about Korean minority nationality junior high school students in these three aspects.Therefore,for this study,we chose Yanji Korean minority nationality junior high school students as object to conduct survey and interview research,to analyze the current situation and propose effective strategies of classroom environment,self-efficiency,learning investment of Korean minority nationality junior high school students.Hoping to enlighten the follow-up researches and practices.This paper selected 550 students of a Korean minority nationality junior high school in Yanji for the survey,adopted three questionnaires which were "My class questionnaire","Academic self-efficacy scale" and"Learning investment of Junior high school students questionnaire".We also observed the class,interviewed teachers and students to explore the relationship among classroom environment,self-efficacy and learning investment,to provide a useful reference for teaching practical.Through questionnaires survey and nearly five months' research,we reached the following conclusions:1.The environment construction in Korean middle school's classes is good,there is significant differentiation in these three grades,but there is some weakness in the aspect of discipline.2.The whole situation of scholastic self-efficacy in Korean middle school is better and the differentiation of different grades is remarkable.From the aspect of class,in the classes of grade 9 in academic self-efficacy has different significant,there is no different significant in academic self-efficacy in the classes between grades 7 and 8.3.Learning engagement of Korean middle school is in the average level;there is significant differentiation in these four dimensions in different grades,the learning attitude is expected to be improved.Speaking of the learning attitude,learning situation and learning feeling,there is few differentiation in gender,but there is significant differentiation in learning motivation.4.There is weak connection between the learning environment in Korean middle school's classes and learning engagement,while the correlation between scholastic self-efficacy and learning engagement.5.There is partial mediation effect between class,environments in Korea's middle school,scholastic self-efficacy and learning engagement.Middle school's environment has weak effect on learning engagement but scholastic self-efficacy could have strong effect on learning engagement through class' environment.Several suggestions could be presented based on the conclusions above.1.Cadre rotation system could be adopted and it is time to improve discipline establish.2.Teachers could encourage students to adopt different learning methods and statistics according to the differentiation in scholastic self-efficacy of different grades.3.Teachers could help students to set up reasonable learning objectives and to improve learning engagement.4.The students who performed well in the class should be praised in time in order to improve scholastic self-efficacy and learning engagement.5.Periodic meeting could be organized with class advisor in order to learning from each other and improve class management level.
