| Ethnic minority areas in Chongqing are underdeveloped in economy, culture, education. Due to particular circumstances, the relative backwardness of the educational conditions and other factors and constraints, people's ideas are more conservative. Backward ideas and thoughts become the stumbling block to the development of local education. A new round of curriculum reform, whether from the teaching philosophy, content, methods or evaluation, with a greater change in traditional teaching. Teaching and learning behavior in classroom is an important factor to affect the quality of classroom teaching. It is the primary condition to realize curriculum and its concept, therefore, researching the local physics teachers'classroom teaching behavior in junior high school, both can provide the basis for the teachers reflecting and adjusting their own teaching activities and to be able for the related departments policy making, trains the teachers to provide a reference, then promotes the local junior middle school physics teacher's specialized development. However, according to currently available literature date analysis, the study of teaching behavior at home and abroad are mostly the overall macro-studies, and are lack of concrete teaching behavior research establishment above certain disciplines research; Are many about the teaching behavior's general theory research, are few regarding the discipline teaching behavior's research, particularly to the national poor area junior middle school physics teacher's teaching behavior's deep research is extremely rare.In this study, many methods were used, such as literature study, questionnaire, individual interview and combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis. This dissertation tries to pass the study of 76 physics teachers,10 class hour's classroom observations as well as to 4 physical teacher's individual interview in 14 junior middle schools in You yang County of Chongqing, and it exposes and analyses the possible problems and difficulties.Its conclusions as follows:This local junior middle school physics teacher classroom behavior common realistic question main concentrated expression in the following several aspects: (1) Teaching and learning behavior in classroom is mainly Dominant behavior.(2) Between the teachers and students lacks the true behavior interaction.Form of interactive behavior most frequently, but belongs to the student to the teacher's question response behavior.(3) Student independent study behavior existence formalization tendency.(4) Physics teachers in junior high school of ethnic counties still pay more attention to the students'"double-base", but ignore the methods and processes, the cultivation of emotion, attitude and values.(5) Although the junior middle school physics teacher's teaching form in national poverty stricken county is quite diversification, but the teaching method was quite still unitary.(6)The physics teachers in junior middle school of You yang, mainly from educational materials, Teacher's Book and the Internet information access curriculum resources. They are dependent on the network in the use of curriculum resources, can not be independently and creatively to develop the use of curriculum resources.(7) Student learning evaluation. Evaluation of the results of examination-oriented education system in the region has not been substantial change, take the score on the test as the main basis for the evaluation of students.(8)The teachers are lack of knowledge of reflection, can not consciously reflect on teaching. |
