With the rapid development of information technology,education has entered the information age.IT changes traditional forms of education,while supporting and promoting education.At the same time,one teaching form first appears in America which is called Flipped Classroom quickly spread to all over the world.The Flipped Classroom is a kind of new teaching mode.This teaching mode need teachers to create a video,students watch the video about the teacher's explanation at home or outside the classroom by themselves.And then students will back to the classroom communicate with other classmates.As a new classroom teaching model and organization form,the flipped classroom model provides a new idea and insight for English teaching,it re-adjust the time inside and outside the classroom,gives the learning initiative to the students.At first Flipped classroom applied to foreign universities,but with the rapid development of information education,flipped classroom has also aroused great concern of domestic scholars.By studying the domestic research status of flipped classroom found that the flipped classroom mode mainly applied to secondary school teaching,and has achieved rapid development.Therefore,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature,this paper illustrates the necessity of applying flipped classroom teaching mode in junior high school English teaching.In accordance with the theory of constructivism,humanism and the recent development area,the author expounds the application of flipped classroom in junior middle school English teaching is scientific and practicable,explores the operation method and implementation strategy of English teaching in junior middle school in Yanji city.And puts forward three research questions:First is whether the flipped classroom teaching mode is helpful to improve students' achievement;the second is the fl ipped classroom teaching model can stimulate students' enthusiasm;the third is whether the flipped classroom teaching mode is helpful to optimize the teaching effect.The author selected a total of 70 students in the second grade of a secondary school in Yanji City as the experimental subjects.Before the experiment,the experimental class and the control class have been tested.For three months,the experiment was turned over flipped classroom teaching mode,while the control class is still using the traditional teaching mode.Then use the questionnaire or test questions as experimental tools to collect data,and use spss software for data analysis.Finally,the experimental data and the results of the questionnaire were discussed and analyzed.It is found that in the junior high school English teaching,compare with the traditional English teaching mode,the flipped classroom teaching mode can stimulate students' enthusiasm,improves the students' learning ability,improves students' achievement and optimizes teaching results,give more practical reference to junior high school English teachers.
